this place annoys and disappoints

i've now given this place 3 tries and it has failed on every one. the atmosphere is annoying, loud, "trendy" and the food is so bland. plus, it takes an hour just to hail down a waiter. it is cheap, though.
Pros: cheap eats
Cons: atmosphere, service, taste
