Bad Service, So So Food

My boyfriend took my parents and I there for my birthday. He dropped us off at the door. They wouldn't seat us until he got there and told us to have a seat at the bar. We don't drink so we stood for the next 10 minutes while we watched everyone else walk in behind us and get seated. We finally got seated and the waiter showed up 15 minutes. We told him our drink order and that we were ready to order and he said "one thing at a time." He dropped our drinks off and still didn't take food orders. When we got our food they forgot part of it and brought me the wrong thing. Our drinks became empty so we asked someone else to bring more drinks and he had to ask our waiter if it was ok.
