Not customer friendly

I spent around $700 for a hitch, rack and installation. When I bought the hitch they told me it would only take an hour to install and it took 3hrs. When I asked them to honor an Eastern Mountain Sports discount on the bike rack they said they couldn't do it after the fact and would charge me a "restock fee" for returning the rack on the same day (they had it in stock already). There was a $65 difference between theirs and Eastern Mountain Sports offer. Also charged me for installing the rack without telling me there's a charge. I'm honestly disappointed in the way I was treated as a customer. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them.
