My experience at Baycrest was very unsatisfactory due to the lack of cleanliness at the facility. Pet hair, while expected to a certain degree, was not cleaned up regularly. In particular, the exam rooms were not thoroughly cleaned after each patient leaving hair, drool, etc on the floor.
I consider my pet a part of the family and I insist that the cleanliness of HIS doctor be equal to the cleanliness of MY doctor. This place did not meet those requirements for me so I found another vet.
