The Radisson Hotel in Chelmsford is a nice and elegant hotel located in the center of town. Aside from the guest rooms, there is a restaurant, as well as a ballroom and several meeting rooms. But like all Radissons, this is more expensive than your typical hotel. So if you have the money to spare, this is a great place to stay.
