This review is for: Bay Street Salon
The best place to get a hair cut for under 65.00. Ask for Ray. He only works on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. He cut my hair exactly like I wanted. I was skeptical at first because when I first walked in he was on his cell phone and wasn't paying any attention to me. But once I got in his chair he worked wonders. I would definitely recommend my friends to him. I haven't tried him for color but he cuts hair PERFECT!
