I enjoyed my visit to Latta Plantation Park. its a fun spot for a family gathering where one can enjoy gardens, lake, nature trail walk and horse riding. one can see old buildings, barn and cabins in the park. picnic spot near the lake is excellent to enjoy
the nature beauty. one can enjoy little bit of boating although the boating area is not very large. it gives a good relaxation especially after a tiresome horse riding. although its a fun to ride, it feels scary for those who are riding the horse for first time. its a short ride on the trail. the accompanying guide gives you insights about the park history. overall its a nice park for a one day outing.
