When I was told by other places (e.g., when I went to the car dealer to maintain my auto or when I had oil change) that I need to change something in my car, I will go to this shop to make sure the price and the condition of my current part. They are very honestly about the condition of the car. They are family run company so price is fair to lower. The attitude is very good and willing to answer your question. The female owner (the owners are a couple) is very knowlegable. And I heard she told someone over the phone about how to tell if her car is in trouble or not. She didn't even care if that person was going to make an appointment or not.
