I went there only for one time to enjoy the feeling. It looks like a normal high class store you can find anywhere in a big city. But this kind of store is rare in Champaign. Sure the price is high. So it will be smarter to find those brand clothes online. It is in the area where there are many modern offices for engineers and computer people and so the major customers should be those people. Bella once had a column in the local newspaper to talk about fashion and I think it is special.

I like the section "picture of the day" and the first page that indicates the important news nationwide, statewide, or campus wide. I don't like the second page because the first half is usually about a celebrity and I don't think that is important. You can get celebrity's news everywhere so there's no need to add one more column.

They have some major buildings in Champaign campus but graduate students tend to avoid from leaving there. This is to avoid from noises resulted by the party culture around campus. In Urbana, they don't have many 1-bedroom available and usually they are booked in very early stage.

Basically it is convenient if you need to shop for food, etc. However, it is kind of far away from the campus. There is a bus but it will take more than 30 min if you take a bus from there to campus. It is a community with a security system.

But similar to other company, they also charge a lot for any change of service. $19 was the min last year. Don't know if it is increased for this year. The office people there were not very friendly when I went to there couple year ago.

But after 5pm and during the weekend, there is a parking building right next to it so it should not be a problem to find a parking space.

The landlord is free from complaints even though my roommate had an "interesting" experience with this landlord. I heard that they don't really charge you late fee if you miss the deadline of payment for couple days.

I heard that it is difficult to get a studio there unless you have some insider news to know who is going to move out. I don't like this apt mainly because I feel there is certain smell in this apt. But the good thing is the smell stays in the hallway, not inside the apt.
