Great Chinese, though the resturant itself sucks

This place has great chinese food, especially their General Tso Chiken which is really crunchy. The lunch specials are avialable all day long for 5 dollars for meat and rice...great deal. They also have good soups, but all the rest of the menu is a rather waste. Also the Resturant itself is really sticky and grimy. One note of caution is the resturant was shut down once due to health code violation...but it sure tastes good.
