Russells' is the type of business where you desperately hope you will never need them but are darn glad you can depend upon them when you do!
I usually don't have many problems locking keys in my car but while shopping one day with a friend, she sat her young son in the car seat of the car and he proceeded to activate the locks with him inside.....along with her purse!
For awhile there we did try to get him to open the door but to no avail....so I called hubby who reminded me about Russells.....through some smooth talking on my part her son finally agreed to cooperate...in no time her car door was open and she was on her way...but WAIT!.....this review is about RUSSELL'S isn't it!?! Did you know that they can special order any type of door apparatus/lock you might need and then "key" all of your doors to open with the same key!?!....and they even come out to the house and install the hardware themselves........really great service by the way!
If that isn't enough, one of my favorite things about them is they have on hand these neat little keys with designs on them such as "patriotic", "tie dye", and "neon colors".....you know the kind I mean....they make it easy to remember which key is which......perfect for those of us who can never find the house key when we need it.
Russells is a family owned business and generally easy to contact but if you do have to leave a message, I give you my personal promise they will contact you in no time and help you with all your "lock" needs. They are reasonably priced and very easy to deal with.
So, give these guys a try....they're dependable...honest and nice.....all the things you wish for but see so rarely in business today!
