I recently was sent to research some trophies. I found myself inside of HARRY'S CUSTOM TROPHIES and to be totally honest, was pleasantly surprised.
I observed the employees interacting with another customer before helping me and; it was nice to see such good customer service in what has certainly turned out to be an "anti-customer service society! Not only did the employee answer all the customers questions but made what I thought some great suggestions.......most of which the customer agreed upon I might add!
When it was my turn I received the same customer service as the previous customer and when I mentioned I was only here to "get some quotes" I STILL was treated with respect and kindness....something I will definitely remember when I do order from this business...which I most certainly will do in the near future.
So, if you are in the market for some trophies or need some ideas that only a store like this can give...check out HARRY'S.......and tell them Susan sent you......after all we're on a first name basis in Coralville, Iowa!
