The doctors and nurses are great. They provide great patient care and are very knowledgeable. However, the receptionists are rude, uncaring, and very unprofessional. They always act unhappy and dissatisfied with their jobs and that translate into horrible customer service. It is very unfortunate for a clinic that deals with both pediatric and geriatric patients to have such individuals working for them. I would love to give this clinic a 5 star rating, but I just cannot because of their bad attidutes!
