After an unfortunate experience with a different facility, we were reluctant to leave our pets but were given Kennelwood Village's name as a reliable, safe place to board our cats.
We were immediately and warmly greeted by the staff, given tours of the entire facility and they were eager to answer any questions that we had concerning the safety of our pets.
The actual boarding facilities for each animals was quite large and they were by no means cramped or given minimal care.
The dog facilities were amazing and the cat's were given plenty of room also.
Our cats acted perfectly fine upon picking them up- like it was no big deal to be put in a carrier and away from us. Any cat owner knows that it is a big deal.
We definitely recommend Kennelwood. If you can't be there to take care of your pet, they will. They'll treat them like a member of their family.
