I'd had back pain due to an automobile accident and my regular Chiropractor was ironically, in the hospital due to an auto accident. I called Steen and they were able to get me in immediately. They were nice enough to let me bring my own x-rays to spare the expense of new ones (my insurance company wouldn't pay for a new set) and with the treatment plan faxed over from my regular office, they were able to treat me for the strained muscles that I had.
A few days after treatment, I received a follow up call from their offices making sure I was okay and they offered to see me again as needed until my regular Chiropractor was back.
