I am a very active, 41-year old who had a breast augmentation 14 years ago in California. After the surgery, my breasts had extremely wide cleavage. They felt firm and had diminished sensation through the nipple and areola on both breasts. I also felt them move up and out to an extreme when I flexed my chest.
