This former Sheraton property overlooks the ocean (albeit up on a cliff) in Santa Monica. It is the perfect location for exploring the sites of Santa Monica as it is walking distance to the pier, Third Street Promenade and the beach. Rooms are angled so that all in the main building have ocean views. The pool area makes you feel as if you are in a tropical destination. Room rates vary depending on the season.

The best part is the area around the pool. You can't miss having drinks poolside on in one of the private cabanas on a weekend night.
