My experiences with chain auto repair places for the most part have not been good, but this place has definitely won me over. I first went when I was losing air from one of my tires and thought it needed to be replaced. I went to Les Schwab just because they were close to my house. Rather then selling me tires I asked for but did not need, they fixed the leak and rotated my tires for free. I had never bought anything from them before and they helped me out anyway. My wife recently brought her car there because the brakes were making noise. Turns out the brakes were fine and just needed to be cleaned. Once again there was “no charge”. If you’re looking for tires / auto repair and want to feel safe your not getting screwed, these guys are the real deal.
