The food here is decent, but the customer service is terrible. I purchased soup through the drive thru and was charged $2 more than the amount on the drive-thru menu. When I questioned this the "owner" Orlando said the prices had changed 2 months ago and that he didn't have to change the menu outside. I then stated that I did not want the soup for that price (a small soup for $6), and wanted my money back. He refused to give me back credit, and only offered a gift card. It was so hot outside, I gave up arguing, and took the credit. I let him know that I planned to tell others about the terrible customer service. He did not seem to care. I refuse to give someone like that my business. There are plenty of great Mexican restaurants in Temple. I recommend Little Mexico which is right next to Taqueria. El Pollo Rico is great too, and the service is much better!
