I got my tongue pierced here and the guy cut my lip open (which was obviously not a fun experience). He was very apologetic and gave me the piercing for free. On the other hand, my friend got a tattoo here and they did an amazing job. They were very patient with her and answered all of her questions. They even designed her tattoo for here at no charge.

I started going here mainly because I was forced (it is of course the University book store!) but I soon came to love it. With 3 levels, a person can spend hours browsing without realising it. There are books, apparel, calendars, memorabilia and much more. Additionally univeristy students get an 8% rebate at the end of the year if they submit their receipts! What is not to love?

To be honest, this is not my kind of store, but I have a good friend who sent a lot of her antiques here on consignment and she always talk about how great the selection, the place and the staff were so I went and checked it out. Now I see what she means. There were a wide range of items when I went, some of which were incredibly interesting and eye-catching. If I am ever in the market this will be my first stop.

I have been to 2 different branches and found the same - the facilities and beds are clean and new, but the staff act as though they are doing you a favor by letting you tan there! I am a regular, but it still gets to me the way that they treat people (they start to warm up after a while, but it takes patience)!!!! They always have new customer specials, so I would definitely recommend trying them out sometime.

I took my jeans here because I needed a replacement zipper. There were communication problems because most of the employees did not speak english, but once I got someone who did they were helpful and friendly. It took about a week to get my jeans back (not sure if this is good or not) but I was very impressed with the job that they did. It cost me about $20 which seems a little pricey, but am not sure because I have never had this done before. I would definitely go again though.
