Lap King is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Lap King, a business that makes laptop accessories, is owned by Joseph Jarke. He is hands down the most unprofessional businessman I have ever dealt with. It took 2 months of no communication on their part and me calling/emailing 3 times to find out that my order was "back ordered". When I was unsatisfied with the product due to the lip around the edges that makes for an uncomfortable position for your wrists and arms to rest on, I requested a refund. I was told this was the first return he'd ever had in an extremely unprofessional and rude email where he says, "…….my condolences to your family as I am certain that you are either a unhappy person or just difficult. Yours is the first return we have ever had, and a lot of people have made multiple purchases as gifts and more than one elementary school class has purchased them for each of their students. So I am sorry you did not like the product." I am supposed to receive a full refund, but that has not happened yet. I am shocked at the lack of professionalism Mr. Jarke has displayed and hope you don't ever have to deal with him in a business setting.
