Poor Customer Service- FOLLOW UP

This is a follow up to my initial review of a few days ago. LQ did come back and give me a coupon for a Free Night's stay which is appreciated. It took awhile for them to respond to my complaint but to their credit they did so in the proper manner. All is good now!
