More cheap eats

This is another restaurant I frequent where the food is cheap. I like to eat the fried chicken meal here as well, it's only $2.75, so it's easy on your wallet. The rice and sauce are good, as well as the pickled veggies. The atmosphere is not too good, but what do you expect at this price point? and where else can you get a bowl of pho for only $1.99? If you're looking for cheap eats, this is as good as you can get.
