Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of job that Melvin T Morgan did on our roof. It was damaged during Hurricane Isabel and unfortunately I didn't call right away. It took them a long time to finally get out to fix the roof after the initial estimate. I was told that I would get a call when it was our turn on the list, however no one ever called. I just came home one day and the roof was fixed. It was okay with me, but some people don't feel comfortable with that kind of thing. I was just glad our roof was finally fixed. They did an excellent job at the actual repair work and the people we dealt with were very pleasant.
