Service here is painfully slow. They send most of their items out, at least last time I checked. They are quick to charge late fees if you don't pick up your items right away (although they will usually take that fee off if you ask). And I once sent a hat to be dry cleaned by them, and it came back all shrunken. Certainly, they should know how to clean a hat without shrinking it.
Their prices are cheap. But if someone is looking to rent a tux, you may have to wait for them at the register - which can take a while - to pick up or drop off your items.
