This is a walk-in clinic, but don't go there and expect to walk in (although you can). They do take appointments - at least, they did when I was there - and the walk-ins are dealt with behind those with appointments.
The service here is professional, but not necessarily as prompt as you may want or expect from a walk-in facility.
