Gasho of Japan is amazing. It is worth the long wait. They have fabulous soups, but best of all THEY COOK THE FOOD IN FRONT OF YOU! This is THE place to be on a saturday night in Hauppauge. I'm not sure where you would ever be able to find better Japenese Fried Rice & Food besides Gasho. Keep your cars locked though, some cars have been robbed there.
