Mess up every time

I have never had so much frustration than with the mcdonalds on classen, right by the highway. Besides the fact that it is the most expensive one in norman, every single time I go there they mess up my order. Every Freaking Time!
The other bad one is on 12th and alameda. I've never had problems with lunch or dinner but the breakfast service is horrible. The breakfast burritos are never fresh. They stick them in the microwave before serving them. I even asked specifically for a fresh one and they told me that microwaving them before serving is what they are supposed to do. Bad management!
