I wasted my time and money at this shop

I wasted my time and money going to this watch-repair shop and having them 'fix' my watch. My watch stopped working again only a few days after they 'fixed' it (and I paid a lot for it). They showed me absolutely NO interest in doing something about their poor service. To make the matter worse, their response to my claim was very rude and snobbish. I just wasted my time and money with them.
