Excellent diamond quality

Firenze Jewels is a true gem. During my search for an engagement ring, a close friend recommended them to me and said he got a great deal on a diamond encrusted ring for his then girlfriend. When I called in, I spoke with woman named Gabrielle. Having dealt with other jewelers in that area beforehand, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and non-pushy she was. The difference was clear. The first time we spoke, we chatted for about 10-15 minutes before discussing anything about the actual ring. She took her time with me and after much looking and comparing, she eventually helped me find the perfect one! My fiance is love with it! Customer service and diamond quality A++. We had the ring independently appraised and the quote given was more than I paid for it. Highly recommend!
