Service Rating-Worst of the Worst

Good: Show room. Bad: Service department, Service Manager and a service technician. Our experiance involves ovens and a dryer. Having purchased top of the line appliances from Slager we expected to need little service but what we experienced was a lot of bad service. The core of the disatisfaction is the inability to diagnose problems with minimal service calls, numerous ordering of parts before getting it "right",technician saying "it's fixed" when it wasn't, and the Service Manager doesn't indicate that customer concern count. Improvements: Better technical and managerial skills. Other: We are freely distributing the above information because of the Service Manager's apathy..
