Ever since it opened, Delfina has not faltered. Owners Annie and Craig (the head chef) have managed to keep this place feeling like a neighborhood joint despite its national fame. The menu always has a few favorites, Niman Ranch flatiron steak with french fries,roasted beet and goat cheese salad and for 5 years they have kept their classic spaghetti with plum tomatoes/garlic and hot pepper flakes (for a mere $7) on the menu! Don't miss dessert- panna cotta or the bittersweet chocolate cake with creme anglaise- to die for. Make a reservation- this spot is popular!
