Ansel Adams was a wonderful photographer who captured the nature within Yosemite at its best. I did all of the hikes in Yosemite and saw a great amount of scenery along the Vernal Falls and Halfdome trails but it wasn't until I visited the gallery that I truly appreciated what Yosemite had to offer. Ansel truly captured all of the most captivating points of Yosemite. He has some of the most stunning compositions. The gallery also sells videos on ansel adams as well as a variety of other pieces of art from various artists. The gallery is within walking distance from the village. I suggest at least purchasing a postcard to remember the trip as well as spark interest in friends so they will visit Yosemite to admire its beauty.
