I was hooked up with this company as a part of my relocation package. I was pleased that the movers came on-time with the delivery as the movers who had picked up from the original location were very late. All of the items were accounted for upon delivery. The movers were very quick to move things inside the apartment but they should have been more careful. In the process of moving objects in they scratched one of the walls and scratched the poly finish on my bedset. I felt they could have done a better job with the packing of materials while inside the truck. Though I didnt seek compensation through the company as it was done by the management company who oversaw the relocation process, I cannot detail how things were handled but I was given monetary compensation. I think it is a reliable service but you must instruct them or package your items with a lot of care and sufficient padding.
