The restaurant has a decent amount of seating. It would be great if they added some outside since it's at Clay Terrace.

When I first heard that they were building an outdoor mall in Indiana I thought it was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard. They make sense in California, but Indiana?
However, I was pleasantly surprised. I actually enjoy Clay Terrace when the weather is nice. It's nice to walk around in the evenings. There are some good restaurants as well.
The only drawback is the parking. There aren't very many spots in front of the stores, so if you just want to run in and out of somewhere you're out of luck. And if it's raining or snowing, forget it.

I think that KFC has the best kids meal around, though it's not as good as it used to be. But for sheer value, $3 is a bargain for chicken, a side dish, cheetos, granola bar and a drink.
I did like it better when you got applesauce and fruit snacks instead of the cheetos and granola bar. That seemed like a much more balanced meal to me.
But for the amount of food you get, this would be a good deal for an adult as well.

I know a lot of people think Olive Garden is a bit overrated, but I have always loved it. The only thing I really get there is their soup and salad. The Pasta Fagioli is awesome and I love the breadsticks. Of course the breadsticks wouldn't be complete without the alfredo sauce for dipping. And to drink, you have to try their Bellini iced tea (peach).

You have to love Old Navy! Cute, trendy clothes for a lot less than similar stores. I mostly shop there for my kids, with an occasional purchase for my husband. The toddler clothes are absolutely darling. They're decent quality, though not as nice as Gap, and not all of our outfits made it to a second child. But if you wait for their great clearance sales it won't really matter if they only last one season.

Lane Bryant is one of the only exclusively plus size stores. They offer clothes that are in style, but the prices are really high. Also, I think it has become more geared toward younger people, as some of the styles are just too trendy for me (and I'm only thirty). Not to mention, there are some styles that people my size just shouldn't wear (ie. tube tops) and I don't know why they insist on carrying things like that.

I had been to Maggiano's before and wondered what all the hype was about. But when I went there with a group of girls and we ate family style, I found out.
The food is fantastic and when you eat family style you get to try a lot of different things. And $25 a person is really a good price when you look at the huge amount of food you get.
It's a nice leisurely meal, and because of how long it takes I don't recommend taking kids if you're eating family style.

That's why I like Third Phase. They are so kind and seem genuinely grateful for what people donate.
They help a huge number of people through their residential program as well as their food pantry. If you are looking for a place to give money, food or time give Third Phase a call.

When was it that Goodwill decided that they could charge so much? I love hunting for a good bargain, but there are less and less to be found at Goodwill stores. I can get brand new stuff on clearance for much cheaper than used things at Goodwill.
That said the place is almost always packed and it is a good place to drop off junk you don't know what to do with.
