Needs better maintainence

Brookshire Golf Club in Carmel is a mature course that offers a good combination of open holes and more challenging holes that require precise tee shots. The course is located in a residential area and some houses are visible from the course, but none come in play.
Unfortunately Brookshire hasn't been well-maintained over the past few years.
Overall it's a decent course that I don't mind recommending.
