This is a fun scrapbooking store that recently relocated. They have really neat idea pages posted in the store, but they tend to be out of a lot of supplies and paper and their prices seem high. They offer a wide variety of classes, and have a Friday night crop until midnight. They do carry a lot of stickers.

I have been to this store several times. Each time I have been in, I have had to wait for at least 10-15 minutes, as there has only been one salesperson in the store. The salespeople that I have encountered have been helpful, but not overly friendly. This store also does not have a large selection of cell phones to choose from.

This is a beauty supply/hair-nail salon. They have a great supply of the latest hair products and supplies, and their prices seem reasonable as well. However, when I have asked for advice on which products to purchase, I haven't been impressed with the products they have recommended. I also do not like the Taylor Maid line - Kava. They have a neat supply of Halloween costumes supplies when Fall rolls around.

I took my 8 year old to Dr. Lawson's office. His office is fairly new and is very nicely decorated. My daughter had a cavity filled, so we didn't have interaction with the hygienist. The best part of the visit (for my daughter) was that they had a TV in the ceiling and she could change the station to any cartoon that she wanted!! This definitely helped ease her nerves. Dr. Lawson was very friendly and very gentle. He explained to us all of the options and gave his opinion on the best plan of action.

The owner of this business is very friendly and provides good service. He has done a good job cleaning my carpets. One time he did bring some high school kids to help, and they didn’t do very well, but the owner knows what he is doing and always gets the stains out. He likes to negotiate price, however, so the price you pay may not always be the same if you have him clean repeatedly.

Dairy Delight has the best shakes and ice cream ever!! This restaurant has been in Tooele for a long time. They are known for their “old-fashioned” burger, which is the size of a plate!! Their service is a little slow, but this is because their food is all made fresh. They have very cheap kiddy cones, and a huge menu with lots of different choices.

My husband and friends golf at this course several times a year. They say that the prices are very reasonable ($14 for a weekend w/cart) and that the greens are kept up nicely. There is a very small clubhouse (trailer) with snacks and a few supplies. It is fairly easy to get a tee time, but make sure to allow a little extra time to drive on the dirt road to get out there.

This is the second year that I have attended USU in Tooele, and my husband got his bachelor’s from here in 2003. We have both enjoyed going to school here. Because it is located in a small town on a small campus, the class size is smaller and the teaching seems to be more individualized in the classes that are taught in person. Some classes are done via satellite through Logan, which is a little strange, but as long as you are self-motivated, there isn’t usually a problem.

This supply store carries mostly landscaping rocks, but also carries mulch, plants, etc. They carry everything from small gravel to huge boulders. Every time that I have been in this store, they are very friendly. They have loaded rocks into my car, and have even given me buckets to carry smaller loads of gravel home in. They willingly offer landscape ideas, and are quick to ask if you need help.
