After going through several appliance repair companies, I called this company on the advice of a neighbor. I give these guys five stars because it is the ONLY time in my life that an appliance repair technician has ever talked me OUT of spending more money on something.
He showed up on time and was polite but not overly friendly (my pet peeve). I liked that he didn't go through a lot of sales hoopla. We had our washer repaired without additional parts and in 30 min, for the same problem that another technician told would need a very expensive part and that it would take at least 4 hours of work. Good repair service is never super cheap, but the prices here were reasonable.
