First time with Graham and Seven - he spent time talking with me and studying my crazy-curly hair and made SURE we were in agreement as to the style. This is because he was cutting 4+ inches off.
Graham did a superb job cutting my difficult hair. He has so much experience in the industry I am confident he could work wonders on any type of hair. On top of that he is a delight to chat with and TOO tactful to mention my grays!!!

Habitude seems to be more attitude than creating a customer-oriented experience. The stylists rush through haircuts and mine even had two customers at one time, going back and forth between us. She may have thought that was alright but I did not - not for what they charge.
I have moved on.

The hygenists are great, gentle and understanding if you are not a perfect floss-er. Location is very convenient between downtown and Belltown on 3rd. Parking is available on streets.

We've been getting Mad Pizza delivered for at least 5 years now. It is reliable, fast, and pretty decent pizza. I can't give it five stars because that would only go to the pizza I had in Rome in a little plaza.
This is quick, kid-pleasing stuff and rarely have they burned us (the one time they messedup they gave us an extra pizza to make good).
Delivery time: 25-45 minutes depending on when you call.

The staff are fun, motivating and skillful. The kids enjoy their time there and even come away with free gear.

Both my kids' first ice cream cones where dripped upon themselves here and we still enjoy the tradition (though we dribble less now).
Stop by and enjoy a cone while sitting outside and watching the beach crowd and neighborhood kids go by.

Beers are good, according to my beer-connoisseur date.
Alas, the food is not amazing, but rather predictable american-pub fair. I ordered a ceasar salad: nice crisp (cut) romaine, decent croutons, Costco pre-shredded parmesan and too much dressing. My date's fish and chips were very good - crisp, hot, tastey.
Atmosphere was fun and, due to pub status, no kids under 18 admitted.

It is also a great place to have a girls' get together - invite 2-3 of your girlfriends and you can gossip while you are fussed over.
