Dr. Gray is very nice, staff is nice and the work is good. BUT, after going there for over 3 years, she tried to charge me an arm and a leg for something I found out (after getting 2 other opinions) I didn't even have, after re-iterating that this procedure would cause great financial hardship! The wait time is absolutely ridiculous at both offices!!!! They will schedule you and tell you that they can't fit you in once you arrive. Very saddened by the dishonesty after being a loyal customer.
