AWFUL business to deal with. Karl berates his employees and critiques his customers. On multiple occasions he talks behind customer's backs and belittles them if they don't purchase from him. Sometimes making comments under his breath while they are standing right in front of him. His pricing is nothing special and he "discounts" seconds or defective items that aren't worth it. You are better off shopping someplace where customer service reigns and product warranty is valued. This guy is only selling items at a small discount and for the price you can get better product in the mall. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE...he's not good business and his product falls apart on normal use too quickly.
