OK, OK, she's my mom. But she's also a truly excellent residential real estate agent - with 30 years' experience in the Seattle market. Her style is of the old school - before real estate became a hot way for young hustlers to make a buck. She cares about people, she loves houses, and she loves to play matchmaker between the two. She's also a super-tough negotiator on her client's behalf, so don't take her gracious demeanor for weakness. The only reason I didn't give her a 10 is that she makes regular trips out of town to see her grandchildren - so she's not always on call (just most of the time).
