Tattoos have been gaining in popularity since the 1990s (it will be interesting when all the people with tattoos, myself included, turn 60 and have these wrinkly designs on our skin).
What makes this place different then most tattoo parlors is that it is a combination of tattooing as well as a tattoo museum. Even if getting a tattoo isn't something you are interested in this museum is well worth checking out.
