Seattle tennis center is a good place to learn tennis

I am an avid player and while I can't recommend any one individual tennis instructor -- I can tell you that you will find good instructors at the Seattle tennis center on MLK drive.
The fact that you are left handed shouldn't matter for a good instructor.
Good luck. Enjoy tennis -- it's really fun.
