Every person that walks in the door is greeted with Hey Paison! That begins the journey into feeling like family when you walk into this wonderful restaurant. Ronnie, the owner, was born and raised in Philly and moved here 8 years ago with his wife. He brought his home town with him in this place.
With a menu of sandwiches that will leave your mouth watering its impossible to go wrong with anything. The bread is baked fresh. The meat is authentic, the cheeses are amazing. The cannoli's? Well the menu reads, "you can go to heaven now." They definitely live up to their hype. Cheesecakes, Tastykake snacks, Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin tracks playing overhead and just the atmosphere of being back east, makes everything complete.
Anyone wanting a 'real' philly cheesesteak sandwich has got to come to Hey Paison! Check them out. You'll be glad you did.
