I don't have broad experience with spas and massages, but Gene Juarez does the trick. I used to be very timid about the whole thing, not sure what to expect. The Gene Juarez folks helped me get over that, and fast. It's time well spent.

I can't imagine not stopping by the Wing Dome when I'm cutting through Greenwood. Set inside a former garage of some sort, this place makes casual seem pretentious. The wings are hot, the beer is cold, and the restrooms are dicey. It's not really a place for kids, but it's hard to go here and not have a relaxing good time.
The wings can be hot, but don't be timid. Just be sure to have an ice-cold macrobrew in your hand.

In the mold of people known by one name (Madonna, Cher, Ichiro, etc.), Van is our go-to guy for just about anything outside of our house. We've used Van for all sorts of jobs -- yard clean-up, tree removal, landscaping, building a fence, taking care of our gutters, the list goes on and on. He does a great job, he does it efficiently and he does it at a great price. Van and his band of merry men have never disappointed us, and we know we can count on him.

They're part of the Home Furnishings district in downtown Seattle, which provides access to a ton of design elements to meet just about any taste. These folks go to Asia and visit little villages to find some rather eclectic pieces. They're a little spendy, but you guaranteed to get something authentic and unique.
