Wedged in a corner by Barnes & Noble, this place offers up no frills services in the spa genre. The only problem with that -- a spa isn't the time to look for "no frills". You should be relaxing and enjoying whatever service you're getting.
The services here are inexpensive, so they may be worth it for some people. This place is easy to get to, they can get you in and out rather quickly.
However, most people I know would rather not skimp on these types of services. In the end the place seems very forgettable. If you've *ever* been to an upscale spa, this place will leave you feeling unfulfilled.

It's tough to rate a doctor for a procedure that's one-and-done, because you really have no basis. It's not like rating a restaurant. So, your basis is really after the fact: how did it go?
All things considered, it went pretty well. Dr. Weissman is a man's doctor, and does a great job of making you feel well about a procedure that's intimidating, to say the least. (In case you haven't figured it out, I'm talking bilateral vasectomy).
I was referred to Dr. Weissman by my own doctor. Dr. Weissman is a urologist, but his clinic is well known for their no-scalpel procedure. They've completed over 8000 procedures in 15 years. They know how to do this.
The key to it all is the recovery, and knowing how important it is to take care of yourself so you don't encounter complications later. I'm following the doctor's instructions, and things are progressing the way they should.
I have to say, the thought of doing this made me quesy, but Dr. Weissman really helped me out. My own doctor said he'll go there when he has the same procedure, and I'd recommend Dr. Weissman to anyone who asked. Not that guys like to ask that sort of thing, you know.

There are several places in Seattle to pick up wings, but only a few that meet my standards. The Wing Zone has rarely failed to live up to my expectations.
First, the Zone carries plenty of sauce mixes, so you have a wide array to pick from besides the tepid-medium-hot selection available from so many other places. Second, their sauces have flavor, right up to my personal choice, Nuclear+Garlic Parmesan. I like hot, but flavor is first and foremost on the list.
Everything is cooked to order, so you're assured of getting consistent results each time. They also have other offerings so you can take care of others in your party, while ordering exactly what you want for yourself. I'm a generous guy, but I don't share my wings. This place lets me take care of everyone.
This is not a dine-in kind of place, nor do you want it to be. They'll deliver, or you can pick it up yourself.
Other flavors besides my standby: spicy cajun, hot honey tereyaki.

Jeremy has been my one and only insurance agent since we moved here in 1999. At the time, "we" consisted of myself and my wife, two cars and an apartment. Since then, we've added a house and two kids.
Jeremy has always been super responsive, helping us with policies covering our cars, personal property, our home and our lives.
Always professional, always courteous, and never takes you for granted. I can't say too many good words about Jeremy.

It's been a while since I've been, but whenever I'm passing through town, I try to make a best effort to stop by (my location was the one on Forsyth, just outside of Clayton).

If you need home electronics (think home theatre, satellite TV, full system integration, etc.), the mega chain stores are always there to take your money. Of course, you're on your own when it comes to service or even figuring out how the whole thing works.
Enter Oakland TV. This little store out in Oakland houses much greater capability than the store presents. Jon (the owner) doesn't carry a big inventory, but that keeps his costs down and allows him to tailor solutions for his customers.
What does a megastore offer that Oakland TV doesn't? A big inventory (which equates to higher prices), so you can take your new system home today. You'll of course be responsible for getting it up and running, so if you're inclined to know how to do that with top-tier systems (it's not trivial) and you require instant gratification for your expensive purchase, this might be the route for you.
However, if you're not inclined to know everything there is to know in order to get the most out of your new system, you may need some assistance. This is where Oakland TV excels, and the value of purchasing your systems through them + service after the sale beats the megastores every time.
You don't even have to make the trip from Omaha, just call Jon and he'll come to you.

Chris is exactly what you want in a contractor: reliable, professional, and realistic.

Leny's is the place to go for low-key beers, pool and karaoke (on the weekends). This is a place where the crowd definitely looks better the more you imbibe.
Parking can be tricky in and around the place; it's near Tangletown on 56th and Meridian. Be sure to look north of 56th, as parking on Leny's side of the street is jam-packed up and down the local avenues.

Nothing gets me more jazzed than a pleasant home mortgage lending experience (just kidding). Actually, I've had some experiences that were much more hassle than they were helpful.
Gina Campos is my loan officer at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. While their office location is in Everett, the location doesn't matter because they do everything to come to you. Most matters are handled over the phone, all documentation gets shipped to you, it's easy to ship it out, and it's very straightforward and simple.
On top of the processing steps that they've taken to minimize the trouble, Gina in particular is just one loan officer who does a fantastic job. She's always very well aware of their existing loan options, how they work, what would work best for your situation, the whole nine yards. She's helped me multiple times, and she's earned my business for as long as she'll take it.
You can reach Gina at 888-878-1083 or email her at gina.j.campos@wellsfargo.com.

I met Andrew Young recently, and he saved me a lot of trouble. I'm considering painting my house this summer, but that's not how I met Andrew.
I dropped my cell phone one day out on the street. After a while of searching, I received a call from my cell phone, indicating it had been found. After providing some information, the caller was confident I was the owner and we arranged a time for me to pick up my phone. Andrew had found my phone on the street, called around to find me, and gave me my phone back.
I offered Andrew a reward for my phone, and he simply asked me to pass along his name to others who might require painting services. He has indicated he has references from prior work.
Having worked with contractors around my house over the past few years, honesty and integrity mean a lot to me. Andrew's honesty, even in as simple an act as returning my cell phone, speaks volumes.
Consider giving Andrew a call; he's one of the good guys.
