Spencer's is a small appliance store with great service and fantastic prices. They say they will beat competitor's prices, and they absolutely stand behind that.
Their selection is smaller than you'll find at the large mass market stores like Lowes or Sears, but they offer the main brands like Maytag and Amana. Their salestaff is friendly and knowledgable, and they really work hard to get you a good deal.
The only downside of the store that I can think of is that it's always crowded! If you go in during a sale or on a weekend, be prepared to wait for someone to help you.
