Breakers is a restaurant that is located in downtown Des Moines right on the marina. You not only get a beautiful view while you eat but they have great burgers! They offer a full American menu of burgers, fries, all the good stuff! Their burgers are also BIG! The environment is very laid back. This restaurant is family owned and they have been around for a long time!
