Other: I rarely write reviews unless I'm angry, like most of us, but every once in awhile, a place will go out of their way for you that really makes a difference. I had taken my 2003 Explorer to the dealer where I usually go for service. They told me that I needed an axle on the rear and wanted over $800.00 to fix it. A friend of mine referred me to Pro_Automotive for a second opinion. I took it there and they put the vehicle in the air, and actually took me out and showed me a crackd cv boot and told me I could.
